TERRIBLE. The cashier looked like she had just awakened from sleep the night before. Had a sleeping bonnet on her head, breath smelled as if she didn't brush her teeth, it took her at least forty-two minutes from the time I got in the check out line, until I physically walked out the door. There were only two customers ahead of me at that time. This was 8:30am.
The cashier was beyond rude. She insulted the person in front of me. She call for a manager at least three times. She made me take out the items in my basket before she would even start ringing me up. I have shopped there numerous times and have never had a cashier make me remove items from my basket! And I almost fell and she actually stopped ringing me up and asked me if I was all right. This was after she said out loud that I have an attitude. I had enough and called over the manager to replace this lady. There are so many different Dollar Trees. This one was close to my house. But I will never ever shop there again.
Just shocking. Every stereotype you can imagine is real here. The staff are on their phones or blasting the most inappropriate music filled with the most hateful slurs you've ever heard. I was taken aback by them actually having stocking carts out, but blocking nearly every shelf. The checkout was like a MadTV sketch with the rudest human being you can imagine playing like a Martin Lawrence character that I would have called racist, but they are real and nasty. Steer clear, drive down to Miller Parkway or Greenfield if you can. This store makes Dollar General look like Macy's.
Had everything I needed, for the right price of course. We happened to have a huge storm today so candles and supplies were in stock. staff was nice and accommodating. today lines were short but you can't always count on that! Glad to see the balloons back, they have been the "go-to" for years for them.
Where do I even start with the things wrong with this dollar tree? There are always boxes everywhere, only 2 lines open even if the store is packed, no one is available or willing to help with anything. This store is awful
I love this store! I can get so much of what I need here, as long as I don't come in right before they re-stock, there usually isn't much left at those times. There's usually a lot of people in line to check out but the cashiers are pretty quick. I was bummed when the price went from $1.00 to $1.25, but considering how much prices have gone up everywhere else, a quarter isn't so bad!
Low stock, unorganized and 1 cashier for 20 people checking out. On a positive this Dollar tree does often have some good beauty products that others don't.
No masks here. Pretty much the same. Some stuff they have, some they don't. Short of help like most places. Update. Getting better but shrinkflation and rising prices are affecting them.
I bought two monster coffees from here and they had chunks in it . Idk whose bright idea it was to put coffee on the shelf instead of the fridge .
They close at nine. I got there at 7:37 tonight and the doors are locked and they were closed. When they are open, the stores never clean it’s always in disarray, the only thing about the store that is great are the balloons. When I buy balloons at party city they last for maybe a few days I bought some balloons at dollar tree in the middle of August. It is now the middle of September and they are still floating in the air. So unless you’re buying balloons, I would try a different one or order online.
