Dollar Tree

Racist Managers. Older white male manager and a female that is short with blonde hair. Said she recently just became a manager at that store, was extremely disrespectful when my 9 year old son, and I walked in to inquire about filling 3 balloons with helium that was purchased outside of dollar tree. I told them both, years ago that I had balloons filled at the $1 price and never had an issue. The guy loudly said to me "no you didn't". As if he is the one who filled them or was there at the moment. My 9 year old said to the female manager "it's Hulk!" He was telling her the picture that's on the balloons she rolled her eyes at my child. UNACCEPTABLE! I was so disgusted with their behavior I took my balloons and walked out without making my other purchases. Some people shouldn't be allowed to work in customer service and they are two of them. I will be filing a formal complaint with their corporate office.

The store inventory was disorganized. The cashier was fine until it was time to give me back my $.47 cents change. She "Aja" appeared upset and slapped the change into my hand. She didn't apologize or try to help me pick up the coins. Aja simply called for the next customer. Went back about two months later and the store is still a mess. The cashier was nice but didn't ask me if I wanted my receipt. I bring this up because he asked the other customer. I am done patronizing this location.

What a mess!! I travel to Dollar Trees and this is by far the worst store. From the awfully dim lighting to the bare shelves/racks, dirty floor, horrible disorganization and little to no customer service it is a disappointment to say the least.

This store is absolutely DISGUSTING. It's so nasty and gross on the inside. The rug is gruesomely filled with dirt as if they never vacuum or clean them. The sight of the dirty rug, makes it hard to want to walk around even with shoes on. The lighting is very dim. Multiple times I went there and boxes were blocking isles. They never have what I need and its dirty, I rarely go to this one unless I'm searching different Dollar Trees for a particular item. I went recently, and each time I go I'm hoping the store has been cleaned up and made more presentable. And each time I am disappointed. Also, every time I go there are different employees, most of the time the customer service is good.

I only had a few minutes to stop in this Dollar Tree but I liked it a lot. They have a good variety of items and they are organized so that the seasonal/holiday stuff is right upfront and easy to get to. Almost all Dollar Trees have flashlights but they have some that you can hand crank to recharge, which is great in an emergency. I don't know if it is a new item or if they just have good taste in offering specialty items like this. The store is nice and large.

Went to Dollar Tree to get a few things and gave the cashier change along with bills. After 5 min of her counting the change over, over, and over again, she had an intense panic attack, walked to the back of the store, held up the line until I requested her coworker to call her on the intercom. She returned distraught and admitted she didn't know how to count change. What should have been a quick 5min store run, wound up being almost 30min. The other cashier had to leave her long line to help count the change. This young lady was set up to fail and should work in other parts of the store and Not at the register.

Great selection of items if your just looking for something quick and cheap like some snacks for work or some soda. They need to have the doors to the coolers where the soda is stored repaired as they are off the track and hard to open. Would also like to see the soda restocked more as they are $1 and sell fast

I give this place some credit because of the friendly customer service but, the place seems to be a wreck all the time. All the shelves are badly kept, the floors are a mess. A little more upkeep and the place would feel a lot more appealing to shop at

I love my Dollar Tree it's one of my favorite stores. My weakness is everytime I go in to get one or two items I end up spending more then I planned to. That's not a problem they have awesome stuff & it's only a Dollar. U can't beat that with a stick. I love my Dollar Tree

This location is a joy to shop mainly due to the young black female cashier with the light eyes. She is always courteous, accommodating, smiling, able to multi-task on a whim. The workforce as a whole needs more employees like her. God bless you and stay positive
