This taxi company is a joke. They cant even show up on time as of right now they are 50 mins late and there office staff is very rude too.

Every single time I see one of these taxies on the road they don't know how to use a turn signal. It's completely unsafe and unacceptable, have been cut off several times. I called to complain and he told me it was my personal opinion. My understanding is that it is a lawful requirement that you use a turn signal. Would give them at zero Stars if I had that option.

Dolly's Taxi is the best service my insurance company has ever referred me to. People must understand, Dolly's transports medical patients, tissue/blood samples, and even an occasional transplant; they take Dialysis patients to their six hour appointments and this is a very sensitive medical treatment. I have always been on time, to early, to every appointment, but let's be real, "If someone has a time sensitive appointment, make your arrangements early."
The service area Dolly's has diversified into is both necessary and vital to their survival because if they only focused on picking up and dropping off at the airport, they would go out of business fast. I never mind sharing a ride, or waiting for them if they have a nearby call. There are many places to sit and read, or watch TV in a doctor's office so, if I am there on-time, waiting is always part of the process. When I travel for business, I make arrangements well in advance and I can promise the same service from Dolly's. I have ridden with them since last year and I have never been uncomfortable, waited too long, nor have I ever been left to find other arrangements. This is a professional service, not cabbies driving the streets for fares and if they carry something in the trunk, it is likely their consideration keeping fares from sitting next to tissue culture ice chests. Dolly's has always been A-1 to me and they fully deserve the rating I have given. Never expect any smaller city in Iowa to drop their "bread-and-butter" for your meeting, or airline when these arrangements should have been made at least a week in advance. Learn before you criticize as I make my arrangements well in advance and I have nothing but good to tell folks about their service. Five stars all the way!!!

I am brand new to the Waterloo area. Upon calling and asking about rates, the rude woman, who is obviously upset she had to answer the phone, informed me "I'm not at my computer, so I don't know how much your cab would be" She very rudely told me it's a $6 pick up fee and that they have a website for my questions". If I could give this rude company a negative star I would! Way to help new community member!!

First time call for a ride the driver lied and said he was outside my house and called me several times which was not true! Driver wouldn't even let me explain and hung up after he finished talking. Very unprofessional and bad first impression.
