Best shoe repair shop in the city.  I have been going to Dom's on 20th Street for years, and he always does a great job.  Plus, he is very responsive to special  requests or odd repair jobs that others do not want to be bothered with. I hope this shop never closes.  It is a valued institution in this neighborhood.

Great service! His hours are phenomenal. I get into the city early, and he made the shop very available, being open at 7:30 most weekdays. He did a great job on my wingtips, and they are good to go for a couple more years. Prices are very reasonable. Workmanship is excellent!

Gave them a pair of new Ferragamo ballet flats to have a rubber sole added, workmanship didn't show good attention to detail, there was glue coming out of the sides of the rubber. Some scratches to the rest of the sole too. It cost $27 so I expected a better result. Turnaround time was 3 days.

Friendly, quality service. Had a pair of oxfords resoled - he took the time to walk me through the options in the online catalogue - now they look like new. Very satisfied.
