I manage a dental practice, and can never get anything accomplished with this company. We are now conferring on dropping participation with them, which then becomes a problem for the few patients that we have under that insurance. They are the bane of my work existence.

The absolute worst dental insurance I’ve ever had. I wish I had done my research prior to purchasing this insurance. I assumed because it was considered an “Elite PPO” that it would be a high quality insurance. This plan pays for NOTHING expect for cleanings. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The company has seemed pretty good to me actually, but if you have to call their number as a member be sure you have dinner and a movie queued up.. literally all day waiting in queue to first talk to a human on that line — and it is not just a covid thing, I’ve had this experience a few times over the years
