Horrible service! Employees are rude! Thy hang up on me, the delivery guy put the tracker as delivered 20 minutes before actually delivering it and no one knows how to answer questions or have a conversation when asked a question about the order! Dominoes is good but not this one!
Food is was cold twice now! Horrible service. Delivery guy was late! He put that the food was ready and delivered 20 minutes before it was delivered. Called the store they were rude, hung up, and on top of that did not listen! DO NOT USE THIS DOMINOES. Go to Cliffside or Secaucus instead!
10 minutes on hold bad service, if is not the driver that what to drive whatever they want is their service
Ordered food it left the shop at 2:18 40 minutes later still don't have the pizza decided to call only to be given an attitude by the person that answered the phone very rude person and should not be in customers service. I get a 40 minutes delivery time but not 40 minutes in the drivers car that is ridiculous.
Just awful. Pizza was okay but the customer service ooof. Some cashiers doesnt know how to apply coupons. Some cashiers doesnt know the price of the extra sauce. What made it worse was that she didnt know how to count the exact change to give back to me. Just an awful experience. I will stick to the dominoes in Jersey City for now.
Great experience. Best pizza ever!
