No curbside delivery...customer was waiting without a mask. I said something to her..but no employee said anything..first and last time ill come here. I'm 75 years old and need to be ver careful now
The manager laughed when I asked for a refund after they messed up we were polite and she got very worked up. It was actually hilarious. Will be contacting her boss, this hasn’t been the first time dealing with her.
The food was fine, however, the delivery driver did NOT wear a mask and I quote, doesn’t “believe in them” and “never wears one”. We live in a PANDEMIC. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Tried calling the business twice and received a busy line each time.
Im very happy with the quality of the food now that they've changed ingredients in the sauce. Also my dominos employees know my order and are always courteous and fast with delivery.
If I could give them no stars then I would!
Absolutely rude rude rude customer service. Takes my order and after 15-20 mins of my order AND PAYMENT being taken they decide to call me back and state they can’t deliver to me because I’m in another dominos area. And then hangs up on me while I’m asking about my refund.
Bring back the original deep dish, you're pan pizza is horrible along with the rest.
