Domino's Pizza

My pizza sat at the store for 24 mins before being delivered. I watched it on the tracker. Then when I got my pizza it was the completely wrong toppings. The receipt attached to the box was correct, but toppings were wrong. I personally drove to the store and got a refund. I was not rude or mean to the store person, but they seemed indifferent to my experience. It was almost as if I was bothering them.

We order from our local dominos location often, and the food is always good, however we had a order that wasn't up to par as it usually is. And and they are not honoring the coupon we were given for a free pizza, or 60 points towards that.

Every time I order a deluxe pizza I order it with extra cheese and extra mushrooms. And everytime I order it I get a pizza with just mushrooms. Yesterday I ordered a Large Deluxe pizza with extra cheese, extra mushrooms, light sauce and I got a Large cheese and mushroom pizza. And the only thing they offer is a free medium 2 topping pizza for their mistake which wouldn't even cover the cost of this pizza I paid for.

This store doesn't know what is going on, total chaos. I ordered per app on my phone and received alert that my order was ready. I got there and stood around for 5 mins with no one addressing me. I had to flag down a worker, "My order is ready." They couldn't find it, or recognize my phone number OR last name to identify the order. They's ask "are you the guy with the sausage?" "are you the guy with the cheesy bread?" I had to show them the screen on my phone confirming my order number and that it was ready. They weren't understaffed either. There were at least 8 of them working back there. I had been receiving text updates to that same phone number prior to me driving to the store, otherwise how would I have known it was ready.

Way too xpensive! No longer the good value it used to be. $13 for a SMALL gluten free crust pizza when less than a year ago it was less than $9.

We ordered here spur of the moment and it was delicious! Ordered again a few weeks later and it’s still great! Only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because of the parking lot. It’s weird and hard to manage with larger vehicles.

So easy to order, staff is always so pleasant when we pick up. Our favorite pizza place!!!

Called the store after the tracker showed my pizza had been out of the oven for 20 minutes to offer to pick it up myself. Was told the pizza was on the way. The tracker never changed. 20 minutes later I called again and was hung up on, then when I called a last time at that point in route to the store the tracker showed out for delivery. Not only did the staff lie about delivery status of the order it arrived cold and wrong! They put the wrong toppings on the pizza which I returned to the store. I understand understaffing is an issue here; but be honest with your customers. Incredibly disappointed in the service here.

Honestly the BEST. Probably ordered 30 pizza pies from these guys over the past couple years and never did I run into a single issue. Great communication, always on time, and always great hot pizza. Go here!

Some immature,unprofessional girls work there. Pretty sure theyre kids. Hopefully they don't answer the phone when you call to place an order. They'll play on the phone and waste your time.
