Domino's Pizza

I work for Domino's DIFFERENT LOCATION and I can't even tell you how this pizza managed to come out like this! This is the worst pizza I've ever had, no joke. There's no garlic oil on the crust! That's the best part, I would have ordered a Pan Pizza if I didn't want garlic oil. I drove 7 minutes home to find my pizza looking like this and it was cold. The pizza is literally ALL dough, talking about stingy with the cheese - there's no cheese on the pizza. And look at the way it is cut. The bubbles I can understand. Threw the pizza away, didn't even bother asking for another, I don't want anything from this place. Do not order from this Domino's - they could just possibly be the worst franchise in Minnesota. My fiancé ordered from this location earlier this week & found a piece of long hair on his pizza slice. Never will order from this place again. Disappointing. $13 wasted

Missing my pasta and this is/was my full order of tater tots...nor to mention being on hold for over 11 minutes and then had my call dropped. Changing to 4 stars from 2 because the manager on duty, Patrick, came through. Thank you! You can see the difference. I think someone ate 1/2 my first order.

So you can call Me dumb/stupid because I keep ordering thinking it’s gonna be different each time but nope! Always I either get half of what I paid for by delivery or it comes burnt or missing! I have LOTS of reviews I can lay down for y’all but tonight 09/16/23 I get my food burnt no marinara sauces I paid for! Order before this I order 2 pizzas 1 chicken wings 1 DIET COKE. Guess what comes? 3 pizzas no wings n REGULAR COKE! This place needs to be shut down! Fr fr tho! Call Store and get hung up on repeatedly! I then go email corporate and every single past order NOTHING NO REPLY EVEN FROM CORPORATE! Bingo or jokers

This is our regular Domino’s since we live close by. This was the first time ever that we’ve received the wrong food, but I called the store and they had the correct order out to me very fast. Thank you for the great customer service and for fixing my order so promptly!Food: 5/5

By far one of the best domino stores I've ever ordered from their team is put together well the manager is nice and kind they're always on time and their food is always hot. Drivers are always friendly and they know exactly what to do when you put the instructions on there five stars all around for this store good job guys keep it up.Food: 5/5

I keep asking for light cheese with extra sauce for my pizza since I'm lactose intolerant. Over half the time I get the opposite of extra extra cheese with almost no sauce. I'm so over it, I love domino's but I can't keep up with service like this. Trying to talk to someone but it takes a super super long time to speak with someone. All this extra cheese makes me really sick, I can only tolerate the light cheese.

This domino's is, by far, the worst dominos we have ever ordered from. We went from an excellent dominos white bear lake where the food was made correctly with the correct amounts every single time to this place where the food is either burnt or undercooked never cooked properly, the food is not portioned correctly someone at the shop is eating our food before delivery or something, or the food just isn't what we ordered. Once ordered a meat lover's hand tossed and got a vegetarian thin crust. Also, we live VERY close to this dominos, and it always takes them more than an hour from checkout time to actual delivery time to deliver our pizza. Even tonight, it's taken them nearly 30 minutes to "prep" the pizza. Just ridiculous. This dominos gets it wrong, every. single. time. We even contacted corporate and they were supposed to "investigate" this dominos a few months ago. It appears that never happened because nothing changed. The entire staff from top to bottom needs to be revamped, or this domino's just needs to be shut down. Something needs to change here as there is zero consistency from this store. If you're in the mood for pizza tonight, skip this place and order from Toppers, Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, or hell, check out one of the local stops like Mama's Pizza instead. Even Pizza Luce delivers around this Domino's delivery area too TLDR; This Domino's sucks. Skip it and order from somewhere else.

... Domino's I am aware you get a lot of pizza orders and A day. However that is no excuse for sloppiness my pizza wasn't even cut all the way through making it extremely difficult for me to grab a slice as I go for it and the pizza rips and it looks horrible. Tonight I arrived at Domino's to find this young lady working behind the counter all by herself and running the entire store like she's the manager or something and come to find out she's just one of the regular employees so I highly recommend this business and whoever runs it take a good look into this hard worker that you guys have and give this young girl promotion already she is doing absolutely wonderful!!!

They appear to be gradually deteriorating. Last time I ordered, I prepaid everything with a good tip. It took 2+ hours and they gave me the wrong pizza. The 2 hours I can handle - it gets busy, what can you do. But can you at least get what I paid for? When you go online to let them know, they have the stones to send you an automated email for a free pizza - cheaper than the one they messed up, and there's a quick expiration date. On top of that, the quality of the cooks has been all over the map lately. After 5 years, I'm officially retiring from ordering from this place. Not even close to worth it. Luckily for them, I won't be missed since they're apparently overwhelmingly busy.
