Domino's Pizza

Was in town today from Alabama and thought I'd get some pizza for the road. I ordered 1 large Philly steak pizza without mushrooms, one large buffalo chicken pizza, and A double order of parmesan bites. When we got down the road I discovered that the Philly pizza had mushrooms on it. I can't eat mushrooms and I was too far away to go back. I feel like it was a simple request to not put the mushrooms on the pizza. So I got stuck with a large Philly pizza that went in the trash. The man working was awesome when we ordered and I even gave him a tip. So now I feel like I tipped him to mess up my order. Spent $55 and some change for half of it to go to waste. Sad.

Yesterday, I placed a to-go order for a large pepperoni and extra cheese pizza. When I got there, I checked my pizza to make sure it was cheesy. It was, but what really made the process great was the staff member who made sure I was satisfied with my pizza before I left. The customer service was a 10/10 and my pizza was delicious.

DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. I've been a loyal domino's customer but this store is straight up awful. Stores have off days from time to time and I get it but this store is nothing but problems always. Our previous order the crust was awful and wrong and we just decided to write it off to a bad day but this order was very late and lukewarm and when we called we were on hold for 20+ minutes and no answer. Save yourself the headache. Will be charging back my purchase through my bank because I can't even get someone on the phone to issue a refund.

Hands down the worst place to order a pizza. Absolutely have no courtesy or any intention to serve customers properly. Ordered 2 pizza to be delivered at Children's Health care of Atlanta for my son who was very excited and hungry. But after the pizza was baked and ready for delivery no driver actually picked it up. On calling after 30 mins the store manager is asking if I am still interested in the pizza delivery. I was surprised to hear such foolish question. After I told that I still need the pizza to be delivered I did not get a response for another 30 mins. After that the store manager calls and tells me that the order has to be picked up as they cannot deliver. I absolutely did not expect such pathetic service. We paid for pizza, paid for delivery service only to be told that they cannot deliver after an hour. Worst being that my son had to stay hungry for another 30 mins when we ordered pizza from Papa John's. My suggestion to anyone and everyone is that to not order a pizza to be delivered from this location. Absolutely not worth it. If I had an opportunity to forward this to Dominos corporate office then I would happily do so. If corporate has any regards for their customers then they should try to fix such unfriendly customer behavior

Ordered pizza for our son’s birthday. 2.5 hours it never arrived.. owner claimed he called us because there were no drivers, but we never got a call. This is the second time this has happened. Never again…

This place Dominos Pizza on 1100 Hammond Drive Sandy Springs is the worst. The messed up the order and it seems as if the pizza was sitting there all day and was reheated. The order was dried out with hardly any meat. when I called for a credit the man that answered the phone was extremely rude and acted as if I was begging for free food, he is badly in need of customer service training and should not at any point answer the phone.

I spent $50 with this store on 7/31/2022. I ordered wings , 2ltr soda, and large meatzza pizza No garlic seasonings on crust. When they delivered the pizza was loaded with garlic seasonings which I cannot eat. I tried calling to get pizza remade and got the run around 3 times I have called. I will flood Social media of places that do business like this. Very disappointed..

Ordered a Pizza from here and it was undercooked!!! I have been in Dunwoody 7 years and never had a problem. Tried to call and speak to a manager they hung up in my face. I can't believe this happened at this location!!

DO NOT ORDER. 2 HOURS AGO I ORDERED AND NO DELIVERY AND I PAID VIA CARD. I CALLED 3 TIMES AND EACH TIME ON HOLD FOR 30 PLUS MINUTES AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE. DO NOT ORDEE HERE

Ordered at 6:19 didn't get it till 8:27 .they left it with the front desk . Pizza was cold and they didn't add the jalapeños which I was charged for. Was on hold for over a half hour no one ever answered .DO NOT ORDER FROM HERER. 1100 Hammond Dr
