Domino's Pizza

Had this locations food a couple times. Food is what you would expect from a domino's but the service is pretty bad. I don't know if they don't have enough staff or if they are incompetent, but the past 3 times I have ordered from them I have to call them roughly 30 min after ordering to remind them to actually cook my food. Most recently had to cancel my order because the website told me that they could have my food out for delivery within 25 min but after 45 my pizza hadn't even gone in the oven. If I was told it was going to be a long wait from the beginning I would have been ok with it, but I don't like being lied to.

The only nice thing I can say is that the kid at the counter was awesome. Now about the pizza...I get inflation is an issue. However, there was barely any topping on my sausage, banana pepper pizza. Had I wanted a cheese pizza, that's what I would have ordered one. If I wanted the toppings for a third of the pizza again, that's what I would have ordered. Also, what's the point of ordering light sauce when they're just going to drown the dough in it anyways? Everytime I order Dominos pizza I am more disappointed than the last. Guess you get what you pay for. Frank's it is for now on.

Had the absolute rudest deliver driver I have ever encountered. The app put the wrong address on accident and the driver was upset he dropped it off at my neighbors and had to turn around. When he handed me my food he caused a huge scene about having the incorrect address and was so rude. I will never order from this dominos again and will place pick up order for the next dominos a couple miles down the road.

ZERO complaints about this Domino's location - have ordered here a few times and the food is always hot, delicious, and quick. Would highly suggest!

Their sandwiches are so good!! I like the Brookie too it's just made too thin. Please thicken it. Everytime I order the food is fresh and hot ! That's the best part of delivery! Keep up the good work Domino's!!

2/2 occasions now I have been totally impressed by this Domino's location! They've been quick & efficient & kind. PLUS I GREATLY appreciate that they know how to properly prepare & bake their gluten free pizza's. I cannot even tell you how thankful I am to have such a quick & yummy option so close to home that won't poison me!! The gluten free options are kind of small especially for the price, but they have sent some awesome coupons as well : thank you guys for being so awesome!!

They were late, gave me the wrong pizza, and forgot my drink. Drove back to the store, told them they gave me the wrong pizza, and they took the old pizza back into the kitchen which is a major health code violation. About little while later I watch one of the employees drop the pizza spatula on the floor, then proceed to pick it back up and take several pizzas including mine out of the oven without washing it or anything. In the 20 minutes I was in the store I witnessed 4 different health code violations by 3 different employees including a manager. Pretty rough, and that’s not even including the mice running around the store.

I ordered my pizza two hours ago. The online tracking said my pizza had been delivered. So I called, and the lady who answered said. No, it's back out for delivering. There was an error and it was brought back to the store. I said, well, I hope it's not ice cold. She said, no, it should still be warm. 20 minutes later I called back AGAIN because the pizza had STILL not been delivered. They said they were short on delivery people, etc. SO....call someone in, or pull someone out of the kitchen. Adapt. My pizza arrived finally, SOGGY, cold and shmooshed to one side of the box. THE LAST TIME I EVER PREPAY. Not happy at all. I get no where when I call them. Crap happens, I understand, but I am not a happy customer.

Ordered a pie and soda to be delivered to my son at work bc he left his wallet at home. Order was taken with payment info. When pizza delivered, my son had to borrow money from a coworker to pay for it bc this location sent the order to another location closer to his job. That's all fine and dandy but why wasn't the payment info sent? Why, when the original employee took the order, didn't they say that the delivery address was outside of their delivery area and direct me to the appropriate location? Bad customer service and horrible communication. UPDATE: 09/09/2022 - chicken wing order amounts were decreased from 8 to 6, while the prices were increased by a dollar. REALLY DOMINOS?! I can just about swallow pun intended the increase in price, but to decrease the amount of food is the epitome of bad business.
