My family orders from here often, I got an Alfredo pasta and there was little served. Never had this problem before.
So the worker called to ask if I wanted to change the order to carry out or if I wanted to cancel the order. The worker said that because of the drivers safety they do not come to the specific hotel that I am currently at! I understand that, I respect that and wouldn’t want anyone to feel unsafe what so ever. My issue is I just argued with the worker while I was trying to see if maybe I could change the delivery address to the gas station around the corner or somewhere the driver would feel safe coming to since my car is in the repair shop and I cannot physically come to the store to get the order. The worker would not compromise with me what so ever and kept repeating that I am at the specific hotel so changing the delivery address was not an option what so ever. The tone and response of the worker was absolutely disgusting and an absolute customer service nightmare! I pride myself on being very calm and patient but the demeanor the attitude and sheer unwillingness to compromise with the customer was one of the worst experiences I have had in quite some time.
Very disappointed. Not sure how hard it is to find the house in Phoenix that I’m staying at when it’s a regular block of homes. I sat outside in the porch 2 minutes before the driver named Nora was supposed to arrive and I didn’t see anyone. My live map on the dominoes link said she arrived and delivered my pizza when clearly I had no pizza in my hands. Not sure how she got paid either because I did put on the cash upon delivery. Not happy at all !! OK so I’m editing this comment. I did call the manager up a few days later and incurred the roaming and long distance charge but I saw that the church charge for the pizza had gone on my credit card as a pending charge because I provided the credit card before I did not go through because it was a Canadian credit card and when I spoke to the manager she did say that they did not deliver at all and that that pending charges be dropped within a few days. She clearly explained which I admit now after she explained it, that it was my user error and assuming that I would be getting that pizza because I had put Road instead of Avenue and it was the opposite direction of the city so they would’ve never delivered that pizza because out of their jurisdiction which is true after the fact when I looked at it. It was absolutely my fault and that’s why I was waiting for so long. The manager was really nice and explaining all of that and I was extremely professional and I have so much respect for her and for that location for the amazing customer service at the end of the day. I highly recommend going to this location just because of that impression. Thank you so much guys and I’m sorry for assuming in the beginning of this review initially. You guys are fantastic in my books !!!
I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and a 2-litre of soda. Totaling $14 and some change. After tipping the driver it came to $20. The delivery guy was fast. I sit down to enjoy my philly and when I opened the box and took first bite it was all bread. I opened the sandwich and there was very little meat. Like not much at all. Compared to a Subway sandwich, it honestly has less then half of the meat Subway does. I took more bites of just bread then I did with meat. If I would have been in a restaurant and they served me this I would think it was a joke . I Wouldn't pay $2 for this sandwich. Domino's is generally pretty good. Just stay away from ordering a sandwich.
No complaints. This location is clean, and the crew is attentive. The food looks and tastes as expected. The staff seems to take pride in their work and site. I would consider this location above average. I ordered an X-Large, single-topping, Brooklyn-style pizza. Reduced price with in-app coupon.
Do not order from this store, Twice I have tried to order for Delivery and first they don’t let you know the timeframe when the pizza is going to be delivered but the app allows you to place the order! This is ridiculous almost 2 1/2 hours for delivery on a Thursday, this is unacceptable. I will no longer Order from Domino’s pizza ever again!
Late delivery, pizza was nasty. Called the store and manager had an attitude. I'll just stick with pizza hut across the street, so much better!
I order from here before and today this pizza was horrible. I had to wait after arriving for someone to get my pizza. I am so disappointed today not sure if I will come back.
Dishonest with their tracking system I ordered 2 pizzas and bread. Went inside right when i got notice that it was ready. Took a couple mins to get someone to help me. When he comes up i tell him name and he said its not read yet 6:13 at this time. Told him i got notice saying it was ready at 6:11 which is why i came in. He said it was another 5 minutes because still in oven. Dominos always has great food so i have no complaint there. But why have a tracker for convenience if you have employees not hitting it when its actually ready? most likely to make their metrics look better
I couldn't even eat this it wasn't fresh it was stale like it had been sitting there before I even ordered besides the fact it was burnt... I called twice no answer. So I'll be calling in the morning.... I didn't want to drive back with cranky babies that hate getting put in and out of their carseat... just do better dominos
