The order was wrong the worker and manager was rude. Promise to replace incorrect pizza and did not. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

This review is a long time coming! Yes, the 2.5 stars are valid for the previous management and team, but this new team that took over this past year has been phenomenal. The previous team was lazy to say the least and your order would be guaranteed to have something wrong, if it ever showed up. This new team and management are hard working people who proudly do their job and understand the meaning and values of a job well done. Very professional. And the delivery gentleman is punctual and very polite. Thank you for your great work and for your dedication to your job and community. You are rock stars!!

Not even worth a star. I ordered my food at 7:44pm recieved my order at 9:44pm. Food was luke warm, still had to reheat it. I called the Domino's store four times, was on a hold for nearly twenty minutes. On my third call I was able to speak with someone, was lied to and told my order was "Minutes away", must be a company line because it was thirty minutes after the third call on my forth call that my food was FINALLY delivered.I am never ordering Domino's again. For this long a wait I could have cooked 3 whole meals.

0/5 stars. Ordered pizza 2 days ago, they charged me on the spot, but still no pizza. Tried calling the manager, but they never pick up. This seems to be a habit for this location. I'm contacting consumer affairs and my bank and doing a charge back on them. Then never ordering again. Highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

I placed an order for delivery for a couple of pies and some other food. The total was $81.31, including tax and a $10 tip. This was at 11:16am on Mar 19 2021. At 12:30 I called to ask what's going on 20-30 min delivery estimate and the guy who answered the phone *very angrily yelled that the store only just opened. At 1:45 I called and asked again, at which point they put me on hold for 5 minutes and told me it was on it's way for delivery. I'm located not even 5 minutes away from this location. I called again at 2:30 and 3PM but nobody would answer. At nearly 4PM the delivery driver calls me and says that I didn't answer the phone so he drove it back to Dominos and I would have to get it myself... But you'll keep the delivery fee and tip right? @Dominos, just give me a refund for the order that was likely never even prepared and I won't file a fraud dispute, k?

Another cold pizza unsuccessfully delivered by this dominos yet I keep ordering in hopes of my experience changing one day . They will offer a pizza but what good is a free pizza I when I gets there it's cold and dry. Mind you I live 5min away yet my pizza sits there for 15to 20 min before it travels for another 20 min with the driver while he delivers multiple other orders. Thanks for a job NOT well done.

They're the closest dominos to me and the food is good whenever I get it to pickup. But delivery is horrible every time. It takes 2 hrs to get my order and I'm a 3 minute drive away. I hate the delivery charge because it should be either quick or free delivery. The food after delivery has to be put in the oven cause it's not even warm never mind hot

During COVID this Domino's Chain took an online order that never delivered and they never gave me my money back. I just placed an order for my students and almost an hour later they tell me they don't have somebody to deliver the order the order wasn't even prepared and that they will cancel the order. This is ridiculous!!! Had to tell my students that the order was cancelled and I didn't have time to order anything else.

If i can give it a 0 zero I will they’re the worst dominos in Staten Island don’t bother ordering from them they take forever to deliver I’m talking like 2-3 hours and by the time you could’ve gotten from somewhere else if you have to wait that long.. order at papa johns they’re better at least they don’t take forever to come with food. You guys have to do better and stop being lazy do your damn job or quit. No one told you employees to apply for this job. Do it right or skedaddle period.

I ordered my food from my car came into the store to pay. The cashier said it would take 20 minutes I told him no problem I just ordered anyway. My app says done and ready to pick up at 2:20pm I am still at the counter waiting for my order. They lie on their pizza tracker and honestly this explains why I always wait 2 hours for delivery .
