Terrible service! Can’t believe the manager hang up on me!! Got a message that driver was on his way with my order at 18.02. Called at 18.52 as still no delivery. My brother’s order from VIP pizza, ordered at the same time, got here no problem. I was told that the pizza was returned to the shop because no one answered but no one called my phone nor rang my doorbell there were 5 of us at home and when I asked the manager to place my order again, he hang up! I called again to ask when I would be reimbursed and they said 5 to 7 working days… unprofessional and so disappointing that our family dinner was ruined as a result.
Living close to this store, it has never been great. However, after getting a flyer advertising new management, I thought I would give the store another go. Slow delivery 2 hours on a weeknight; missing cookies; cold food; expensive for what it is. I have also collected food before - and the staff have often proven slow and rude. I would recommend avoiding this store - there are so many better places to order from!
I should have read the other reviews. Food was mostly cold on arrival and missing items. Any person with dietary preferences/needs would be advised to avoid, as would anyone that enjoys hot food and actually receiving said food. Oh and if you ring them, be prepared for confusion, lies and being hung up on. Dietary restrictions: They don't care at all
We ordered two vegan pizzas and watched them prepare it an none of the staff washed their hands between working the till and preparing food, neither between touching meat and vegan ingredients. I would expect it to be standard practice to wash your hands or wear gloves before touching food, especially between touching meat and vegan ingredients.
Ordered vegan pizza and saw how stuff prepares them, not washing their hands after touching the till and no problem with handling meat right before preparing vegan food. Unnaceptable hygiene and cross-contamination.
AVOID THIS PLACE!!! This is the most unprofessional place I have ever seen. I waited for delivery for 2 hours of 2 pizzas, called the store 6 times, and all employees would hang up the phone by not able to explain where my order was. Some of the employees lied about that order on its way without asking for any of my details. No communication at all if I will ever receive the order. After 2 hours, Fatima answered the phone and told us they were busy. After we asked if we would receive our order, she replied that it takes very long to make it after already 2 hours of waiting. If you are not able to complete an order when customers are paying money for your product, at least let the customer know that you were not able to make it because of a busy time. Find a new management as the current one is completely useless or the same as no management.
Generally my experience with this branch is good, except once the Indian guy lying that the side meal offer is available, make me paid extra.Food: 3/5
Very rude manager said that they never get an order wrong. WELL SORRY BUT YES YOU DO . AVOID THIS FRANCHISE THE WORST ONE IVE EVER BEEN TO this is my honest opinion
I turned up to get me hospital bound son a pizza which was noice and cheap! Wonderful staff, crisp and clear no complaints! Was very happy all round.
Unbelievably rude man on the phone. Refused to take our order on the phone and hung up on me, twice. We can’t make the changes we need too on the app so lost the company business!
