Don's Car Washes

I had an outstanding experience at Don's car wash! They did a great job cleaning the interior and exterior of my vehicle. But more notably, they offered day-changing customer service. I interacted with 4-5 employees, and they each greeted me with warmth and kindness. They responded knowledgeably to my questions and treated me with tremendous respect. The restrooms were nice and clean. They went above and beyond to put a smile on my face and turn my day around. I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed my brief visit.Services: Full body wash

New review updated: Came back a few times after this. Last week, the team did a much better job at cleaning the car. However, I only ask for the exterior cleaning from now on. ————— This place is really going down hill. First time, great experience. Recently, paid for the Full Service $23.99 the first time… Exterior is ok. Interior, only carpet were washed, and nothing else. The napkin that left behind was even crumbled. I was shocked because I expected at least the dashboard should be cleaned. All the comments said to report dissatisfaction on the spot, but they just took the claim check and told me to leave. Now, I don’t really know what should be cleaned if I purchase the full-service wash, because it’s not much different than the $9.99 for exterior, besides my weatherproof carpets were washed?Service: Full body wash

Much better wash than just doing it myself. Pretty good job of washing dash and console. Very clean floor mats and windows. Probably not as perfect as a car detail, but price is much less here too.

Save the money and do it yourself! The last 2 times I’ve been here they don’t even wipe down the back of seats that have mud/dirt from kids shoes on them. My 7 year old could truly have done a better job. Such a bummer as it’s so convenient but just not worth it.

I love to come here. They even pump your gas for an extra dollar. I learned today if you have a half a can if coke, bring it into the store or they throw it when they clean the car. So sad

Extremely rude person working outside. Told manager about it and he apologized but by his reaction was not anything new. Inside people were nice but bad experience overall.

Visiting and needed a car wash I was hesitant due to the poor reviews. However I got the car cleaned, they offer vacuums, trash receptacles for all the trash I had in my car. Employees were friendly and helpful. 5 stars because it’s a nice facility, with gas and amenities, and my experience was good overall. I can see with the current labor market they are challenged with workers available that want to work and doing their best with what they have.
