Paul and his team took care of me once again! very professional. Call time is very very responsive !!! Done Oil change  - Break pad done done previously- Great service 

Got charged a hazmat charge and never explained about it. Also asked to check the oil pan due to leak and give me an price quote for replacement. Front desk staff ended up not telling me even spelling my name wrong even though I wrote down on paper. All in all I give those place a 3/5. They did the oil change and see no issues but customer service is okay at best. The guy meant well but he may just be a bit too old to be doing this.Service:&nbsp;Oil change

*** SCAM ALERT ***  I took my vehicle here to have a wheel alignment and tire rotation service only to find out 90 minutes later by Jose, allegedly a Mechanic, that my vehicle needed $1,962.32 in repairs before he could do the service.  I left the store in total disbelief.  The next day I went to another Mechanic's shop and after a very thorough vehicle inspection said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my vehicle.  I absolutely despise crooked Mechanics who try to take advantage of anyone but especially a woman, hoping she doesn't know any better!

I went in on a Wednesday afternoon for an oil change & tire rotation with an appointment. The gentleman at the front desk was very busy, yet that did not prevent him from being both friendly and helpful. Paid for the oil change with a Groupon voucher at no extra charge apon arrival and tire rotation was only $30. I was in and out within about 45 minutes. Car runs great. I’m very satisfied with the service performed. Will be going here again.Services:&nbsp;Tire rotations

I used a Groupon  Coupon for a full synthetic oil change. $31.50 I paid an extra $5.00. Still a killer deal. Usually  costs $100.00. Don's were very  friendly and quick service. I will definitely keep them in mind for other repairs.Services:&nbsp;General repairs &amp; maintenance

My family and I originally gave this place 5 Stars, but that was before Dave retired. We brought two of our vehicles in. They put a Transmission in our H3 Hummer and it was never fixed right. We are still having problems with it and we were only given a 3 month warranty. Come to find out, they sent it out to be repaired by an unknown shop and they did not do the repairs from their shop like we were left to believe. We had to bring the car back twice and it's still not running right. Unfortunately, before we realized this we also brought my Elderly Mother's car in for some repairs. It is an old car but was still in overall great condition to be an older car. We've had to bring the car back over 3 times and then the last time they tried to tell us that we have to pay an additional $1300 for a transmission for it when there was absolutely no problem with the Transmission. We had already paid them $3000 for the Transmission for the Hummer, $1900 for our Elderly Mother's Car and now they wanted another $1300 for a Transmission that was perfectly fine before we brought it into them. In addition, they still made us pay for the last tow to and from their facility when the original repairs they did still are not fixed. Don't be fooled by all the accolades and 5 star reviews this shop is getting like we originally were. Do business with this place at your own risk. 

Took my car in for transmission drain & fill.  It took a little longer for the maintance than quoted, but that was due to the wrong kit being delivered from parts shop...  overall a great experience. My car is driving & shifting like new again.Service:&nbsp;Auto maintenance

I broke down while driving through Vegas and they fit me in for a repair. 3 days later I picked up my car and $5000 worth of my things were stolen. Don't trust the workers. Conveniently my car had been parked at the only place they have no security cameras. On a good note they did fix my car.

NEVER AGAIN.  "Your Honda takes 'special' transmission fluid, so we have to charge you $60 MORE besides the Groupon."  I already paid for the upgrade to synthetic trans fluid.  Then Paul manager blames me:  "leave it you to have the car with the higher prices fluid, huh?" From a few days ago, when our other Honda took "special" freon that cost over $600 for the air conditioner.  Rip me off, then blame me?  Nice!  I brought 3 different vehicles to you in 1 week. Never again.
