Story

Don & Sons Body Shop has been serving Ames and the surrounding communities for over thirty years. Our success has been based on expertise, convenience and reliability. We believe in giving our customers honest, accurate, and written estimates up front and providing quality repairs. Our work is backed by a lifetime written warranty. Additionally, we are a preferred provider status with many insurance companies which means we can send estimates directly to these companies and bill them directly, minimizing cash out of your pocket.

Our technicians combined have in excess of 100 years of experience and are I-Car certified, a professional certification earned only through successful ongoing continuing education. They take pride in their work and produce outstanding repairs.

Owners, Todd and Ann Martin are Ames and Gilbert natives, and proud to be alumni of Ames High, Gilbert and Iowa State University. As the parents of three college children enrolled at Iowa State University and the University of Iowa, we take a special interest in assisting students with their collision needs. We proudly support local schools, charities, and actively volunteer in the community.
