I had a very positive experience with Donna Beth Creations for my wedding in July. Donna Beth Creations was recommended by my bridal store, Luv Bridal, where I purchased my wedding dress. I was lucky to have my dress in my wedding dress size, but I needed some more intricate alterations in my bust area, waist area, and needed my bustles done. In the process of three months, I had four separate fittings to get the dress altered to my liking. My alterations turned out fantastic, and on the day of the wedding, my wedding dress fit me like a glove. My bust area fit comfortably, and I was comfortable and confident in my wedding dress for my ceremony and reception. The bustles were well-done too, and my sister and bridesmaid were able to easily bustle me up before the Grand Entrance for the reception. Before I was bustled, I could pretty easily get around during the ceremony without tripping or falling. Finally, I was able to buy a sheer, simple veil that completed my look for my wedding dress at Donna Beth Creations. I believe that Donna Beth did a great job on my alterations. However, I believe that their alterations are pricey and that you could find a place that did wedding alterations for cheaper, if you are looking to save money in this area of your wedding budget, or if your wedding alterations are very simple. For me, though, I felt confident in spending the extra money to make sure my more complex and intricate alterations were well-done.Services: Wedding gown alterations

Donna Beth Creations did a great job with my wedding dress! My dress fit me perfectly and I felt great in it. They helped me alter the off-the-shoulder sleeves slightly to make them a bit more delicate, and they added a beautiful French bustle that was easy for my sister to tie after the ceremony because each tie was labelled clearly. The studio is easy to find, spacious, and full of beautiful veils and accessories. They were very helpful in accommodating my schedule as an out-of-town bride as well. Donna Beth's team was lovely from start to finish. They made sure my dress was a perfect fit and added my gorgeous sleeves, and walked me through the different types of bustles before I decided on a double french. I had a fantastic experience at Donna Beth Creations. I planned a quick elopement and needed my wedding gown alterations done quickly and they had no issue completing my dress on time and to perfection! My dress did not need a lot of alterations, but it was a difficult and unique fabric to work with and they had zero issues with the challenge. My hem was flawless and they did a fantastic job with the bustle despite having a hard crinoline to work with. Donna herself helped to fit me into my dress and give me tips for the big day to be prepared. The entire staff is friendly, easy to work with, and even if I arrived early, I never had to wait. I can't recommend their services enough. You don't want to risk a bad experience with alterations, cleaning, and pressing of your wedding gown, and Donna Beth Creations has the expertise and level of professionalism to make you feel absolutely comfortable leaving your gown with them.Services: Wedding gown alterations

They ruined a $10K wedding gown and took zero responsibility. My photographer was cutting the dress on my wedding day because Donna and her staff could not get it right. They also placed over 20 buttons on my train without my consent which were very visible to both the naked eye and in my pictures. They gave excuse after excuse for their errors. They truly made me sad about putting on my dream dress. Do not go here! Update: after 5 weeks of trying to reach Donna Beth to discuss the dress, we were told they refuse to talk to us about it. They continue to make up false claims to blame their errors on the customer. Based on reading past reviews, it appears this is a common theme for the business. Donna Beth was incredible, they were beyond helpful when it came to my wedding dress. They made it perfect. I was nervous about having my wedding dress bustled but they did it in such a way where it didn't ruin how my dress looked at all. They are so creative and knowledgeable. I also went to go have my wedding dress redesigned so I could wear it again and once again they did not disappoint with this. They did it perfectly! I can't wait to wear it again! The whole crew at Donna Beth's was awesome, they were very welcoming and caring. they made me feel very comfortable. It's so easy to trust this group - they are so good at what they do!
