Our son Steven was killed October 23rd 2021,our loss gave 2 woman in Arizona sight again.i have sent letters to them, what happened was not there fault and I m so happy a part of him lives on. The doner network has always been there for us to listen and do what they c, I can't help but miss my baby boy 19
My husband and I unexpectedly lost our special needs daughter. She passed away at home and I was sad to think we could not donate any of her organs but the very next day I received a call from the Donor Network and asked if we are willing to donate Brooklyn's heart valves and it was the easiest decision and a way for our daughter to give back in a huge way knowing pediatric heart valves are desperately needed. Thank you for helping us understand the process.
Our Daughter tragically passed away back in 2016 and unbeknownst to us had been registered in Arizona as an organ donor since she was 18. At the hospital we were made aware of her wish of donation by the caring and thoughtful Staff from Donor Network of Arizona. They explained the Organ Donation process in a very compassionate and understanding way. From that moment on, my wife and I saw organ donation in a different light. Donor Network and Donate Life Arizona have helped us to heal and mend. For this, we are forever grateful for the work they have done.
Very clean facility and caring workers. They truly take pride in their work and handle all aspects of what they do with care.
My father became a donor earlier this year. The Donor Network of AZ treated our family and my father with great dignity. There was no cost to our family at all. They provided my children with a nice book to help them in the grieving process, and provided many free memory cards for us to give away to out loved ones with his photo on them. I am so pleased with our experience that I am going to donate my time to Donor Network of AZ.
How does it feel to be hunted and have your loved one treated like a piece of meat when you're at you're most vulnerable? That is exactly my experience and in retrospect I would tell DN to go take a flying leap and refuse to donate my loved one's tissues because of their approach. Looking back it felt like I was being sold a used car by a snake oil salesperson!
As a donor family I have only wonderful things to say about Donor Network of Arizona. I cannot rave enough on how Donor Network of Arizona treated my family and I after the passing of my youngest brother. I’m glad that my family and I made the decision to donate my brother organs and save other lives. We would gladly and willingly make that choice again in a heartbeat! They are respectable, decent, caring and selfless people who work there. Thank you from a donor family!
Very kind and caring. I lost my mom almost a year ago. They have made me feel like she matter not only to me but to meny others..
Absolutely horrible customer service. Not even a phone call. Just hours after the sudden death I get a text message. I called back and retracted any possiblity they would obtain the organs. Who in their right mind would have the nerve to send a text.
Suing these poor people for 22k after your network made the mistake of taking out and putting back his corneas? You guys are terrible. For the rest of you, watch the story on abc15 about these scumbags
