If I could give this place zero stars I would. We recently purchased a wood entry door from the Door Warehouse. Paid almost $3000 to buy and install this door. Not two months after the purchase, the glass in the door cracked. They admitted it was a manufacturers defect and they would replace the door for "free" but that we would have to pay them $400 to install the door. No apologies, no explanation. On top of everything when I tried to explain that since I received a faulty door I shouldn't have to pay to have the situation corrected, the salesperson basically laughed in my face. This place has the worst customer service, is totally unresponsive and really does not care about keeping their customers happy. Save yourself the trouble and do not shop here!

This location close 2 years before but still on google. Ridiculous.
