Door of Hope

May the Lord bless Door of Hope and may they be a witness to a broken city. Jesus loves you so much that he would die for you on the cross, this is what I believe and what I hear preached at this church. Jesus will save you and give you a new life.

Tim Smith, the executive pastor of staff and ministries, was Mark Driscoll's protege and was the pastor of Mars Hill Portland before Mars Hill imploded and they scrubbed their Mars Hill history. Visitors and members should be made aware.

I love this Church and I feel God's presense here. Took a little while to warm up to people but that was mostly me. Very loving and welcoming. The women's retreat and prayer group have been so beautiful, encouraging and supportive. A true community!

This is a church where you will hear the gospel and the word of God clearly. Jesus is front and center in all aspects of teaching and leadership, and there is a conscious effort to hear from and follow the leading of the holy Spirit. The Lord is at work in that place!

Great place to worship Jesus and to love your neighbor. Non judgmental.

Josh and Tim are hilarious. They're well educated in the word. I love their transparency. It makes them very relatable. Most importantly they preach Christ and him crucified. They're convicting and that has brought into a real relationship with Christ and I'm forever grateful.

Great people. Great atmosphere. Thanks for letting us join your faith family while we were on vacation.
