Tried to talk me into a new garage door. Work was great but more than double the price I expected and triple the price quoted as the starting price. Won’t be a repeat customer. Will say the lady setting up appointments was excellent and very professional.
Contractor showed up on time, was very professional and courteous. Repairs were done in a timely manner and for a very affordable price. Will definitely use this company again.

I have painted many of their doors after they installed them. In the 18 years I've been in business, they have not messed one up! Always a perfect install.
Called doormasters to replace broken torsion springs on garage door. They were able to come out the next day. Telephone receptionist and repairman were both very professional and courteous. Quality of work was top-notch. He even found a couple unrelated problems and took care of those. Would definitely recommend this company.
Here I wait for door opener number 3in less than 4 weeks. The other two decided to open by themselves and remain open with a failed opener exposing my workshop and all my tools to whoever happened by. The response to my failed openers has been well under my expectations. I would hope that you will have a better experience than myself!
I called the Newport News office on Wednesday afternoon, the receptionist was exceptional and set an appointment for Thursday. Their agent arrived on time, was professional and replaced the broken part and gave me tips on maintenance. I highly recommend there repair service.
