I’ve been to multiple locations for this store going on 5 years+ & Avenue U is my favorite! The girls who work there are super friendly and give great fashion tips when you can’t decide especially Diamond! and they have the best selection out of the multiple locations. Wish they would open up one in bay ridge!

Such wonderful customer service. One girl was so willing to go out of her way to make sure I left with what I wanted, felt like she was a personal shopper for me! This store is a hidden gem! Trendy clothes and low prices!

Workers didn't even acknowledge me here. No help no hello they walk by you and don't even look at you. Disgusting

They are thieves. Their "two week" return policy is bogus. When it comes to accepting returns they will come up with every excuse in the book. Had to call my credit company to discpute the charge. Don't be a victim to their thievery.
