The man who helped me was extremely nice. I was a little worried going in just asking for my ring size, unsure if they would be willing to help me with that. But he let me in measured my ring size and gave me a piece of candy. The store was beautifully set up and clean.

Great customer service! I stopped by recently for a long overdue cleaning of my engagement ring and wedding band. They cleaned both while I waited free of charge though I was certainly expecting to pay a cleaning fee. They encouraged me to stop by regularly to keep my rings clean on an ongoing basis and I'll certainly be doing so. And of course the next time I'm in the market to purchase something new, they will now be the first place I look!
Garen made me the most beautiful cushion cut eternity ring at a great price. He was even nice enough to take care of all my other beautiful jewelry pieces as far as cleaning etc... great service and amazing custom jeweler.

My husband and I have been going to DORANO JEWELRY about six months. Vatche is fabulous - extremely patient when answering questions and doesn't talk down to you when you have a limited budget. He will walk you through your options and let you look at stones to see the differences between the price ranges. He also does lovely design work if you want something different. We have recommended him to many of our family and friends, and they have all been happy with their purchases and recommended him to others.

I can't tell you how happy I am that I finally found a jeweler that listens when I tell him what I want. I had a certain idea in mind for my engagement ring and I tried to explain it to several jewelers but they didn't quite get it. A friend told me to try a new jeweler in town by the name of Garen Avetisyan and I'm so glad that I met him.
