Amazing place to train with experienced staff teaching a curriculum for rank testing. Training here is amazing for a place of respect and learning the Thai culture. Great place for beginners and the competition team.

Started here a few months ago and was pretty nervous, but glad I stuck it through because it is one of the best things i’ve done. I love the challenge and the high expectations they all have for you no matter what level. Should definitely come here, it is an amazing place with a great atmosphere!
I love coming here it’s a very nice environment. I use to never want to go out of the house or do any exercise because of my depression but double dose makes me excited to go out and socialize with other people my age or older.
