DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel New York - Times Square South

The Hotel is undergoing renovations, which influenced the functionality of the rooms. However, there was great service and you could tell that they are trying their best. Would recommend for sure!

Great deals on the week we visited. Within walking distance of Times Square. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The only negative was that the shower leaked and the floor got drenched, so we used our towels and requesting extra towels was hard.

Polite friendly staff unlike most New York City customer service. A-1 caters to the customers needs. A breath of fresh air.

Staff are amazing and very kind. I have visited this hotel more than once and the experience is great

Terrible place to stay .. if you want a place thats quite and safe this isn't the place and they won't let u stay in the lobby for a min telling u there's no staying in the lobbu.. what hotel tells u tht u can't stay for a min in the lobby just an all around terrible hotel
