Douglas County Housing Auth

Terrible way they treat people. They don't follow their own rules and guidelines and treat people like they are beneath them. They should be shut down and replaced with people who actually have souls.

This place is about the most disturbing place ever the women here are rude especially Lori H my daughter had her voucher she turned it into an apartment an the receptionist was slow so she took her deposit an took it to another place not once when my daughter was on the phone with Lori confirming the reason she was denied was because the receptionist did not look at the price correct an it was over her voucher Lori should of mentioned to her her voucher was expired but she did not so now my daughter an her 4 year old are homeless thanks Alot section you guys are useless
