Small market, but good food and groceries. Fewer kitchy folks selling cutting boards and such, which is nice. Dog friendly.

Even though parking can be a little tuff to find, shopping the Douglass Loop Farmers Market is really enjoyable, especially when the weather is beautiful. The vendors are always friendly and a good selection is always available.

Nothing like truly fresh spinach that melts in your mouth, and those farm fresh eggs that have an eggshell of substance and deep colored yolks and yum.  The music is fun.

So many high quality products here. I now get all of my meat exclusively through Barr Farms (it's ALL pastured), which I discovered at this market. Very grateful to finally find a local farmer raising animals on pasture.
