Called late afternoon to schedule a replacement and they were out early the next morning. The service tech, Dillon, had the old unit out and new opener in and fully working within about an hour. Reasonable rates and great customer service.
Got home from work on a Friday night to find my garage door wouldn't open! I decided to call Dover Doors and they came out within an hour. It was fixed by Noah, who explained every detail and completed the workin a timely manner. High praises!
