Our boys training program is creative and exciting. It teaches the proper progressions to encourage flexibility, strength, confidence and self-achievement.
The boy's program at Downriver Gymnastics offers classes for boys 3 years old and up. Our Little Guys class is designed for boys 3-5 years of age, our Super Guys class is designed for boys 5-6 years of age, and our Big Guys class is designed for boys 7 years and up. These classes are designed specifically for beginner male gymnasts. The training program is creative and exciting. It teaches the proper progressions to encourage flexibility and strength in the necessary basic skills. The boy's program as a whole focuses on skills, safety, confidence and self-achievement. The boys will train on pommel horse, parallel bars, rings, vault, floor, horizontal bar, trampoline and tumble track.
