She when above and beyond to find us a apartment she made all of our schedules for visit, always had backups, was always present and email us took our calls after hours when she didn’t have to. We have had the worst experience with a realtor from this firm. We missed our dream apartment due to her being disorganized, unhelpful and lazy. Vanessa Gonzales is extremely unhelpful she couldn’t even be bothered to open the door to us instead text us to let ourselves in. She spent so long on sending us an application we missed our 30 day window with our landlord to give notice- she then offered to work with us again. I would rather be on the street than deal with this realtor. I am beyond angry with this situation

Buyers beware! These agents will let you tour properties even though an offer has been accepted and going through attorney review. It’s bad real estate etiquette!

Alicia Betancurth was amazing in helping us look at multiple rentals and helping us in our application process. We were quickly and happily moved into our new apartment in large part due to her assistance.
