This Doctor and staff are HORRIBLE!! Absolutely no bedside manner!! Did not treat her and lied about symptoms on medical records. Broke HIPPA laws and gave information out with out permission!! They left my mom with out talking/treating her and her seizures after years on being a patient. Changed her medicine with out telling her. My mom was hospitalized and almost died! And still no help. This Dr and Office manager laughed at my mother and treated her as a inconvenience. The office manager is NOT a medical pro but pretends to be. She dropped my mom as a a patient without telling her. Then refused to give her medical records to her for a new doctor. Please DONT take yourself or family member here for their own safety!!!

I delt with this "doctor" when I was in the hospital for sleep deprivation. I Had finally gotten to sleep when she barged in my room and pulled me out of bed to do a mri at 1am. Mary downs is a very sketchy person. every interaction I've had with Mary has been horrible! during the torturous 1am mri she was laughing at my discomfort. not one time did she ask how I was or if I was comfortable. she completely disregarded any concerns of mine. she also avoided answering any of my questions. If you care about yourself DO NOT see this "doctor"

Dr. Downs and Irma are empathetic and take whatever time is needed to find the right treatment.
