Anthony at Downtown P&H has visited my apartment/building multiple times and he's been an absolute pleasure to work with every step of the way. He clearly communicates when he'll stop by and is devoted to coming out even late at night if necessary. He clearly cares about his job and the work he does. He's also happy to share his knowledge with you if you're interested. Quality work, quality people – I'd recommend Downtown to anyone.

This is the second time in a couple of months that i have had to use downtown plumbing and I have to say they were both excellent experiences. The plumbers that they sent were knowledgeable respectfully and friendly. Quality work done in a timely manner. I would recommend Downtown

Horrible! Initial interaction with this company resulted in them providing a quote that was 3x more expensive than another plumber. They wanted to rip out pipes that weren't even broken. Gave them a 2nd try for a much smaller problem which resulted in them not even showing up despite telling me that they were coming ALL day. One excuse after another and yet noone showed up. Other options available that seem to be more reliable.

Plumber from hell. Work not done right and egregiously overcharged. Strung me along all day too and wasted a lot of my time. Had to hire someone else to subsequently fix the venting of the hot water heaters and meanwhile the gas remained shut off by National Grid an extra day.

exceptional communication and timeliness. My situation required visits over more than one day and coordination with other parties and Anthony was helpful along the way.

Had a minor plumbing problem, received quick and friendly service by phone and in person. Sheldon was amiable and fun and solved the issue in no time.

Discourteous employees and outrageous pricing. I would never use them again. Look elsewhere unless you like to pay triple the price. I would give zero stars if I could.
