In response to the owner asking what can he do to help? For starters how about having a relationship with your clients and stop having your paralegal employee contact us once in a blue moon about our case. I've had several attorneys in my life and every one of them had a relationship with my family and I. Secondly, stop losing important paperwork that was sent to your paralegal. Case has gone on for over 2 years and we have spoken with you one time and that was before we hired you and you reassured us that we were making the best decision by hiring you....

The commercials really bother me. You don't have to blow out someone else's candle to shine ; I would expect an old man to be wiser than that. After seeing the commercials and reading these reviews I wouldn't step foot into this establishment. Take my advice and do better promo like actual satisfied clients.

I am not at all pleased with this law firm. Dr George Phillips was difficult to reach and took months to finally tell me that he didn't want to take a case that he isn't sure he can win. No case is guaranteed, but if he'd have let me know that he wasn't interested months earlier, I'd have had more time to find a competent attorney who would actually listen to what I had to say. I lost a kidney because a doctor lied to me for months after he damaged me during surgery. I went septic ...twice and almost died...After months of me trying to explain that, Dr Phillips still thought I was suing because of the initial surgery. He would not listen...and that has cost me precious time that I didn't have. Don't waste your time here for medical malpractice. They don't have the funds to take it to court unless it's a sure win...

I unfortunately wasted a year with the first attorney I hired to handle my tractor trailer accident case!! There wasn't any communication with them at all & once they did reach out to me it was to advise me to take an unreasonable settlement. I didn't know what to do at that point. I reached out to the firm & within 24 hours I was meeting face to face with David Dozier. After only a breif conversation I knew I had the right man for the job. He was so knowledgeable & experienced. He helped me with getting to the healthcare specialist I needed for treatment, which I thought wouldn't happen because I didn't have health insurance but Mr. Dozier handled that as well. Mr. Dozier fought for & won my case. He was able to recover six figures!! Im so appreciative to him & his hardworking team. I would highly recommend them to handle anyone's law needs.
