Pay attention to when they order new medicine/bottle!!!
So I have been there for about 2 years and they been wonderful- friendly, knowledgeable, get free WiFi and water
However, for some reason Dr. Collin ordered new medicine/bottle (lack of a better word) when there was still 3 months left from my old one. He didn't inform me that he would order them, I was just told they I haven't paid the new medicine yet. I was shocked, I paid every time on time. Then they told me that he took executive decision to order them because I had two different bottles and was confusing him because they had different cycles between the two.
However, one has 10 ml while the other is 7.5 ml and this is not new that one will run out quicker than the other one, not to mention that the one has a quicker "loading phase" than the other. So even if you start with 2 new bottles eventually we will be back where we were.
I just lost 3 months worth of medicine (+- $50) and each bottle is about $180

Dr. Terpstra is very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciated his approach to educating vs. Informing and am grateful we were referred to him as an allergist. The office staff are equally wonderful!
