Why bother calling for help at all? They say to call for an evaluation and they do telephone sessions. Then I call in desperation and the rude gatekeeper mumbles they don’t take new patients. Don’t tell me to call them tell me not to call. Mental health is a joke here.

I’m literally sitting in the office and waiting. For what? I have NO IDEA. I have spent the last hour filling out paperwork, meeting with the PA... and waiting. The doctor has walked past the room I’m sitting in several times, always on the phone or laughing with the nurses. I’m being completely ignored and even asked if the wait is going to be much longer. The receptionist told me to go pay the meter, because I’m going to be waiting awhile. When I finally met with the doctor, he was incredibly dismissive of my needs and outright told me he wanted to talk to my other care provider of 4 years relative to medication he didn’t think I should be on- based on his 9 minutes spent with me. I went to get pre surgical clearance and he wanted to schedule further sessions to charge insurance before he would give me clearance. I would avoid this doctor at all costs.

WORST RECEPTIONIST EVER! Last week I called to make an appointment and she put me on a ten minute hold just to verify my insurance. After that she proceeded to tell me that the system was down and would give me a call back. A day passed and she never called back so I called the office several times but nobody answered. Today when I finally got a hold of her she was very rude, and told me that I had to wait 2-3 months to see the Doctor. Is this a joke????? Now I have to wait to see the Doctor 3 months because of her stupid mistake of not calling me back. So unprofessional.

if I could give it no stars I would.. this place is a joke. when it came time to do paperwork or even take medication they never listened. they never checked up on me while taking the meds and they didnt even try to help me understand what I was being given. I dont know how the receptionists there even have a job because they literally do nothing, one of them barely understands me half the time and the other woman picks up the phone like she's just woken up from a nap. it was the worst experience of my life and if you actually deal with suicudal ideation.. dont even come here because they'll turn it into a reality.

The admin staff is horrible. They say they will take care of your medication management, but they don’t. I left a message twice about not being able to receive my medications and even the pharmacist expressed her annoyance with me about the office not being reliable. I had to pay for another visit to the doctor and explain that I didn’t get my meds. So Sofia, said she will handle it. A week later, still without meds, and I left another message, for a total of 3 weeks waiting patiently. I told them that it is affecting my work, and they still show they do not care. Write your responsibilities down and do your job or increase the number of staff. Also, the wait time is definitely horrible just to see the doctor for 10 minutes. It is not worth it going to this office. Find a more reliable one if you can.

If I could give this no stars I would. My son was given a referral to see this doctor and when I called to schedule an appointment the receptionist who answered my call Tania was almost clueless as to how to go about making the appointment. All she told me was that she would be returning my phone call that Friday to schedule his appointment because apparently she didn’t know when there would be something available. You would think that in a doctors office you can just check in their computer or appointment book and see what’s avalible. I guess not. Friday came and went and I didn’t get a phone call from the office. I had to call back and when I did so the other receptionist Sophia was very rude and said the reason I didn’t get called back was because their not taking new patients. A courtesy call should have at least been made to me to inform me of this so I wouldn’t be wating around believing that my son was going to be given an appointment. I would have been looking for another professional. Horrible service, defiantly not how any doctors office should be ran. Far from professional. They could care less about any patient.

I say revoke his license. He had me wait 2 hours letting everyone in before me even tho I had an appointment for 1045 and I was there before all the people. I waited 2 hours and I've seen him 3 times and he doesn't remember me? Like introducing himself to me again like it's my first time. I'm never going back ever again. He doesn't care about his patients he only is in it for the money. I'm not ever going back and I recommend you don't go to Dr szuster. He rushes you cuts you off when your talking and only says 2 things to you. He asks about your life but doesn't let you explain. The first time he met me he didn't even know me yet and In the first to minutes he wanted to increase my dosage to 100mg like what kind of psychiatrist is that.

Dr Szuster is amazing! He is very kind and genuinely cares about your well being. I’ve been a patient for 10 years and although the staff isn’t perfect, I truly believe Dr Szuster is fantastic. The staff makes sure to squeeze you in when you need an emergency appointment, and the Dr has helped me through very hard times. Thank you Dr!

Super nice staff, Dr. Szuster and Grace are amazing! They always have time to listen to you and help you with your daily struggles! I love em! I'm always seen right away or with a short wait time!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! He makes you wait for hours to see him then I am in his office for ten minutes. Never sees patients on time. On top of that he has internet issues., which will delay when you can pick up your medicine. I am on day 3 no meds. because of no internet service at his office. This is crazy. I need a new doctor any suggestions?????????
