By following Dr Piazza's nutrition reform program, I was able to lose weight effortlessly by replacing the foods I enjoy eating with healthier versions.  After three months of being on the program, my cholesterol level went from 210 to 164.  I feel great and my friends tell me I look like a better and younger version of my former self.  His program is easy to follow.  It's not a diet, but rather a lifestyle I know I can easily maintain the rest of my life.  Without question, this program is the best decision I've ever made as it relates to my health.
