Dr. Jyoti Patel MD - Fountain Hills Pediatrics & Internal Medicine

Dr. Patel is honestly the best doctor I’ve met. She’s empathetic, and she actually cares about what you’re going through. She doesn’t just care about getting you in and out as fast as possible (unless of course that’s what you want as I’m sure she’d understand). If you or people you know are a little skittish around doctors, then I highly recommend Jyoti. My family and I go to her a lot because of this.

Dr. Patel and her staff are exceptional! Dr. Patel truly takes the time and goes the extra mile for you. She definitely knows what she's talking about and has compassion for each and every problem! She is the best doctor I have ever had and I would recommend her to anyone in need of excellent primary care!

Dr. Patel is the most thoughtful, caring, knowledgable, empathetic doctor you will ever find. When you are in her office, she treats you like you are the only patient that exists to her. She is very thorough and the visit is over not when the clock says it is, but when all issues have been addressed. It is hard to get in to see her because she is so popular, so book ahead, and also expect to wait sometimes when you get there (because she takes her time with other patients as well), but she is worth the wait!!! I have never had a doctor like her before, she is very special.

I called for an appointment. Curtly told by receptionist that mid-July was 1st available date. (over 2 months away) Never asked reason for appointment; no suggestions nor help offered. Conversation over. Fountain Hills is a small town, with the kindnesses of a small town most appreciated by residents. The response by this office was not commensurate with this town's demeanor. Very disappointing.

As an RN ,I have definitely seen "the good, the bad & the ugly" throughout my career.I have been a pt. of Dr. Patel for a number of years and have never been disappointed in her, as I have been with various others.She is extremely knowledgeable,kind,and thorough.Recently ,her actions revealed a major,potentially life-threatening condition in my husband which specialists had missed.Best.Dr. Ever.
