Dr. Kristy Naturopathic Doctor

I'm so happy I met Dr. Kristy. She has been an awesome help over the past years with improving my health. Before meeting her, I considered myself a relatively healthy individual; I exercised regularly and did not eat bad food... She carefully studied my diet, tested my blood and taught me to listen to my body. In doing so, we together improved my diet by taking out allergens and supplementing with vitamins, minerals and herbs. I gained a lot of energy (bye bye 4pm crash!), and my 4x per year common cold is now maybe 1x a year! My weight has been stable and at the same level as ten years ago; when I was 21. No other doctor I've met has been so patient, eager to teach and just plain smart.

Highly recommend Dr. Kristy. Went in for food sensitivity testing and learned some things I would never have known. Because of the results I modified my diet a little and feel even better! She is very knowledgeable about many health issues and specializes in hormone balancing.
