Dragonfly Paddle & Fitness offers fitness and health coaching, paddleboard (SUP) rentals and instruction and land-based yoga.
Class Descriptions
Paddleboard 101 (Guided Paddle)
New to Paddleboard or have limited experience? This is the class for you. Paddle 101 will bring you to your feet on the board and includes an overview of proper paddling techniques and basic turns.
Paddle Yoga
Take your practice outside the four walls of a yoga studio. Combine your love of stretching and relaxation with the peaceful motion of the water. Paddling is minimal and boards are anchored where you can enjoy an hour long Yogafit session. Participants move through poses super-slowly and get reacquainted with leg muscles they may have forgotten about as they use their limbs to steady themselves with the motion of the water.
PaddleFit Basic Fitness
Through this fun and basic fitness class we will give you a taste of the many benefits of training on the water including: board skills, balance, endurance, strength and focus. This class is designed to accommodate all skill levels and incorporates cardio and strength building exercises.
Private Lessons
Want to learn basic paddleboard techniques or are you ready to take it to the next level and refine your stroke and increase your paddling efficiency. It's your lesson so tell us what you want and we will work to design the class accordingly.
