My Wife and I had a great experience with Garrett while he designed our next home. He came highly recommended through a colleague and we made the right choice. Garrett took our ideas, added his new ideas and everything came to life. He did a great job on figuring out what style exactly that we wanted and made sure before we were final that the house was exactly perfect. The communication was very easy, we talked through phone, email, text, in person, and also did a few field trips. His pricing was very competitive, but his ideas and service was above and beyond. He wasn’t going to be happy with his product unless we were. We would highly recommend him to anyone. Take the time to meet him, interview him and you’ll see what we saw.

My husband and I thought Garrett was great to work with while designing our new home. We had a lot of ideas about how we wanted the house to look and he really took the time to sit down with us and make sure it was exactly the way we wanted. He also had many new ideas and worked with us until the floor plan was perfect. We really liked that the price was based on total square feet rather than number of meetings so that we could meet with him as many times as we needed to make sure we got everything right. We highly recommend Dream Home Drafting.

My wife and I can't speak highly enough about Dream Home Drafting. Garrett really takes the time to sit down and find out what it is that we wanted in our home, while also being able to offer suggestions in areas that we needed them. He is very patient, and understanding of the fact that building a custom home is a big deal, and he was willing to make minor revisions quickly and with no complaints. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a quality draftsman that won't break the bank.
