DreamDry - Flatiron

Dominique did an amazing job on my hair! As someone with fully natural hair I’m always nervous about getting a blowout, but she didn’t disappoint. Took her time, made sure I had the right heat protectant, 10/10. Will be coming back!

Kelly was fantastic! Came in for a blowdry and she transformed my hair! Usually after blow drying my hair it’s still quite frizzy but actually Kelly didn’t even need to. And the pricing was actually super reasonable too 10/10

I got a wonderful blowout here before a party. Stylist was great and was able to give me exactly what I imagined. Service was prompt and my hair looked gorgeous. I used to go to dry-bar but there weren’t any open locations nearby. So glad I tried DreamDry! Would definitely come back.

6/29: Below was my review from a very unsatisfactory visit. The manager called and wanted to understand what my experience was. They were very understanding and asked that I give them another chance. I went in and met with Shoshana today and she did exactly what I wanted. I'm happy I came back and will continue to have my hair braided there for when it's too hot to deal with it. Thank you! 5/21 Very frustrated with my experience. I came in for a blow-dry and braid. The stylist fumbled with trying to braid my hair for 45 min before I just had to leave. Knowing that I was unhappy, they still charged me $60 for the service. I had a very important event that night and had to spend an extra & $80 on a blow dryer and curling iron to fix my hair at my office. Really, really unhappy.

Rude - subway was delayed and was 8 minutes late. Called prior to let them know and the rude girl on the phone told me "if I didn't make it by 5 minutes after my appointment time they weren't going to be able to take me." There was nobody in the place. When I got there was not greeted nicely and all staff was unpleasant. Blow dry is average at best. Roots frizzy still

This place has the worst reception/customer service of all time. I have called this place so many times and they have never answered. Countless emails to receiption that never get answered. Overcharging me and refusing to respond to emails/phone calls so I had to dispute charges via amex. Blowouts are average at best. I used to come here once a week and every time I'd be waiting outside sometimes in the freezing cold because they were always late to show up. Don't schedule 8am appointments then not show up to open the store until after 8 every single week!Service: Hairstyling

I went for blow out, wanted some volume and wave; it was OK there but when I came home and there was nothing whatsoever on my head, the hair was straight and limp and i live 7 blocks away. It wan't raining or humid. Did it for a photoshoot and my hair looks terrible in pictures. Everyone was nice but the blow out was totally a waste of time and money. Not cool.
