Dreamhome Exteriors

We were happy with getting our roof replaced on our home & garage. They completed in 2 days clean up was okay found nails along home which I ended up stepping on one thankfully didn't go all the way so had to clean up to prevent my animals/children stepping on. Only thing I'm upset about is our roof was done in July we still had a portion of our fascia and soffit that was covered by our insurance to get repaired. Showed Dino the 1st day when the roofers came by this needed to be repaired since insurance approved. I waited thinking maybe shipping delay for parts then September came around contacted Derek told him I'm wondering why it hasn't been repaired. He sent Dino out that day showed him again the issues that need repair plus our gutter that's also detached from our roof. He said he'll let Derek know to get the job finished. Finally hear from Derek today because guess who received the remaining check for Dream Exteriors. He called if we received not about the job that is still INCOMPLETE! Derek said he was unaware but he will be there next week to make sure he gets the job finished next week. It's not my responsibility to reach out when I already did once. 5 months still waiting for the repairs that our insurance covered. Just wanted to share my warning and experience.

Just had a new roof installed complete tear off and asphalt shingle install by Dream Home Exteriors. The roof looks great and they completed the installation in 1 day. Their workers were very polite and we had very little debris/nails in our yard. Matt & Derek were great to work with and everything went as planned. I would use them again.
