Drips Nail Bar

The new owners are amazing, caring, and did an incredible job with my nails. I’ve been to numerous salons where I felt that my requests were not met, or they tried to talk me out of what I wanted. Can’t wait to come back!

Eh. The customer service was outstanding here, they took me on short notice and everyone was very nice to me, from the man at the front desk to the people who did me and my friend's nails. Unfortunately, my nails just aren't as detailed and neat as they are at my normal nail shop. My pinky nail was also bleeding and instead of repairing it or leaving it alone, she took it off with a fake nail, which you are NOT supposed to do! My nail was already weak and damaged and they should know that ripping it off like that rips off another layer of nail. Luckily my nail feels better. The nail art I got, albeit simple, was nice. But this place just isn't up to my standards.

I made an appointment two days in advance, and when I came in, the man working said he saw my appointment in the computer, but forgot to write it down on the book. The salon was empty, except for three women getting pedicures by one woman. He looked at me and asked if I could come back at 1:30 but I could not because I worked at two which is why I made the appointment at 11. He said he could not take me, and that he took the three women for pedicures because they had been waiting for a while. I told him I had made an appointment two days prior and he told me he knows that, but someone forgot to write it down on the book and there was nothing he could do. He looked at me as if it was my fault. That was the last time I will be going there. They never do a good job anyway, just look at the other reviews.

Made an appointment for 11:30 and asked for dip, one solid color, really simple. I got seated right away but then the lady working on me decides to take 3 walk ins so she starts going back and forth between me and another person which I find extremely rude because I made an appointment. So then she starts to feel rushed and I could tell she wanted to get though my set as fast as possible. My nails look really sloppy, uneven and bumpy. Also when I asked for a different top coat other than gel she was really rude about it and came off snappy when she said gel would look better. I’m paying for it aren’t I? At the end I asked for oil on my cuticles because my hands felt dry from all the acetone and her and the guy working started to laugh? Idk very weird and unpleasant experience. Will not be going back.

I was nearby on a girls day with the kiddo, when my guy decided to surprise me with lash extensions! Tori gave him different suggestions, but my man showed her a picture and she matched it. She did a phenomenal job. I have gone back for fillings and brow waxes. Everyone here is so great to not only me but our kiddo. We absolutely love this place

Absolutely LOVED this place Drips! Not only did they do a great job on my nails and toes, They took me in with no appointment on a Friday evening. I went in late on Friday evening 30 minutes before they closed they were nice enough to help me get a full set and pedicure.Took them over an hour to do everything, I was so grateful since I had somewhere to go the next day and didn’t have time to get my nails done the next day. Met the owners husband and wife, they are so sweet and kind and all the staff seemed really attentive with the clients. They also do other things besides nails which is a plus. I do recommend this nail spot and I will definitely be coming back here again.
