This place is awesome! I knew exactly what I wanted. Cam was amazing through the entire process. From showing me the vehicle to signing the paperwork. She is so nice and helpful! Destiny did my car check with me and she was fun and so nice as well. I definitely will be recommending friends and family to the West Lafayette location. Thanks again ladies! My husband and I had very positive experience at this DriveTime location. Destiny Daniels is a friendly, positive, and an excellent salesperson. She took into consideration our income, our down payment our likes and dislikes for a car, as well as what features we wanted in a vehicle and the first one that she told us about we wanted to test drive. My experience was so fast and efficient! I love having Rob he was the best. It was a blast getting my new car. I am so excited. Rob made sure everything was right and perfect for me to get it. I can say getting my first car was overall a great experience.

They were spoken highly of by my friends who came to the dealership for vehicles themselves because of their ability to build good relationships and have great customer service. Camrielle had great communication skills and a lovely personality. Loved working with her. Had to be there all day due to certain issues rising every other minute but she was wonderful and was very patient with me and helped me as much as she could. Ended up walking out with a new car which I thought wasn’t possible. Definitely recommended.

Drive Time has an amazing crew of people who were making sure everything was taken care of. The test drive is stress free you don’t have someone riding with you trying to sell you the vehicle while you’re testing it. Camrielle helped me when I first got there and she was incredible! Super professional place and I loved the experience! I also showed up for a test drive and left with a new Jeep patriot!!

I wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle from this place if it was the only car lot there was. I've only had my 2017 Ford Escape 3 months that I purchased from Drive time on Lafayette Rd. In Indianapolis Indiana. It's been in the shop more times than I can count and all they say is call Sliver Rock, well in the short 3 Months I've had the vehicle the only people I should be calling is the better business bureau to have you guys shut down. I've spent over $3500 now and that doesn't include that the vehicles CD player wasn't even working when you sold me the vehicle either. Stay away from Drive Time otherwise you are going to be paying for nothing but a pile of junk for a vehicle.

Found business on Facebook, contacted them then began communication by text. Had everything ready when arrived at dealership. Rob was very pleasant and helpful. Brought car around for test drive. Explained all paperwork in detail to us. This by far has been the best experience for us at a car dealership to date. Would recommend for everyone to stop in and check them out when shopping for a vehicle.
