This was such a great experience. I came in to test drive and drove my car home the same day. The staff is welcoming and professional. Very helpful in every way. They detail everything precisely. In need of a car this is the place to go !!

The process was lengthy and full of issues. They had to call about a problem with the title, they gave me a temporary registration and tag for the wrong car and they had to call tech support because their payment app wasn’t working properly. They were very busy so my sales rep was working with multiple customers at once. He was nice but overwhelmed. The car ended up having issues. Didn’t have it 24 hours before it left me on the side of the road and calling for a tow. I’ll be using their 5 day policy to return the car and cancel the loan. I ended up having to come to the dealership three separate times due to issues in less than a day and still ended up with a car I can’t drive. I’m good. UPDATE: I see the car i returned because it broke down, they just marked it down and put it back on their website for sale. Meanwhile, I went next door to JT Kia and got a better car and a better deal. Now I’m good good.

Craig was absolutely wonderful. We were incredibly pressed for time when we found out the car we were planning on buying from another dealer had major mechanical issues. We found a car just within our price range. Craig was so patient and helpful and made sure we got a good, reliable car and got us in and out in a quick timeframe. We’ve been without a car for a month, which is extremely difficult in South Carolina and we can’t thank Craig enough for all his assistance. Also can’t say enough about the entire staff that was there today. Three people were answering calls and waiting on clients. They sold three cars while we were there and took care of everybody.

My experience was awesome! I came in a little nervous and not really sure if what I saw on the site was real; but it was. I actually ended up getting a better deal than the original deal. More specifically, Preston was our salesman and he was amazing. If you are looking for a dealership without the pushiness and aggressiveness of the others please come here.

I enjoyed the time I spent at DriveTime. The team was very welcoming and friendly. Also, by sending over all my financial info ahead of time made the time at the dealership quick and easy.

Firstly let me just say this was honestly the smoothest processes I’ve ever experienced purchasing a car. I thought I would be in the dealership all day and night just to leave disappointed but I stayed positive and Jermaine S. Took great care of me. He was very professional, punctual , and informative no matter how many questions I asked and I asked 1000 and 1 of them LOL but he was patient with me and addressed any and every concern I had. I’m a Chef and I literally have got to send them some food forreal I will be feeding them lunch for this lol I’m letting yall know the real I’ll even come back in 30 days and give yall a update lol best car buying experience I’ve had honestly!
