This is the fastest, deep cleaning laundry and dry cleaners my family has ever used. They have a clear policy for professional sanitizer and this kills germs like SARS and MRSA. So it kills all the every day viruses too, because it gets at those top bugs and kills them dead! The staff and owner have clear connections to various international communities in the area. They speak and read and write English, but also other languages fluently. The clothing my family has submitted include fine wool, silk and a French made organza wedding dress, antique baby christening gowns and the usual shirts or laundry we just couldn't get to at home. They have walk up and drive thru service. They don't have home delivery and pick up, but does UBER or some service like GrubHub do that? This store is large and they clean onsite underground in a well ventilated building. They never lose or mismark or misplace my family's stuff. No broken buttons or running colors. Cash deals on specialty items are determined by the attention of the owner. They aren't on Twitter or LinkedIn because they are WORKING for You! But they might get more networking done and contract to take over the many failed other cleaners and laundries in this area! Thanks for always being smiling people and for your respect if elders and understand old school clothing materials and their care and old world craftsman style customer service.
I brought my Ralph Lauren black wool suit and 3 dress shirts in on Monday. They were done by Tuesday afternoon and looked great. The suit was pressed perfectly and looked new again and the shirts were starched and pressed just right!!! I would highly recommend them. I live nearby and have been trusting them with my clothes for over a year now.
I had my black suit cleaned here on 10/23/21 and did not lift the plastic to inspect it thoroughly when I picked it up, only looking at it through the plastic. I am going out of town this weekend and retrieved my suit from the closet and raised the plastic and noticed that it was covered in human hair. The majority of it being red hair…I’m bald BTW…as if someone trimmed their edges over my suit. I took it in today when I went to pick up another suit and shirt and presented this to the gentleman whose name I did not get. He proceeded to get a lint roller and remove the hair as if this was acceptable! I asked if I needed a new ticket to pick it up Monday and he said, “no, you can take it with you.” NO I CANNOT! His excuse for not being able to clean it was it had been since October. I don’t care if it was a full year! It still had the cleaning tags on both the coat and pants and he was clearly able to see it hadn’t been removed from the plastic. When I went to grab my suit he then grabbed it and said he wanted to make me happy. TOO LATE. That should have been your first option, not the last!
Worst business ever they lose your clothes and refuse to get ahold of the owner!! Definitely will not use again
This place seems to constantly lose articles of my clothes. I continue to do business there for quite some time trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, an article of clothing was torn severely down the back of the shirt and I again tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that the shirt was damaged before. But when I went to pick up the rest of my clothes they seem to really be upset with the fact that I have not acknowledged that the shirt was damaged before even though I just ask them to throw the shirt away for me and did not ask for any concession. I was told they would not throw the shirt away for me because that would be admitting fault and told to go about my business.
I jus spoke with employee about my garments being delayed by a whole day and a half causing me not to have my attire for interview! I ask her is their anything we can do about your inadequate service and she says no! I definitely received unsatisfactory service with no remorse! I will not be returning!
They had good prices and my items ended up being cleaned well and quickly, however... I took a lab coat there and asked if it could be cleaned and if they could sew a patch on the pocket. They said they would sew it on. When I picked up the coat, they hadn't sewn the patch on, they'd ironed it on sort of loosely. It seemed like it wouldn't fall off anytime soon, though so I figured if it started to look like it was coming off I'd take it somewhere to be sewn on. I went there a second time to get the same coat cleaned later and apparently the patch came off while they were cleaning it. They ironed it on again super tightly and UPSIDE DOWN sort of diagonally too and there was glue from the back of the patch on the shoulder of the coat. Also when I picked it up they said something about how it had come off and they'd accidentally put it on somebody else's lab coat first... The patch has words on it and a medical symbol so I don't understand how they put it on upside down except that they weren't paying attention. I took it to a different cleaners who said they couldn't get the patch off without damaging it and they tried their best but couldn't get the glue off the shoulder. I ended up getting the patch off myself, but it was damaged some. Anyway, that was annoying. It's a professional school coat and needs to look professional.
Quick service! Any garment dropped off before 9am is guaranteed to be ready by 5pm. I've used their service for 3+ years and never had any damaged or lost items.
