I’ve been to a few DryBars before, so I know how they operate, but this didn’t go as smooth today as it could have. We booked our treatments together, but there was no point in doing so if they’re going to take us very separately. Both appointments were for the same start time, and it was clear it was for two people, but I got a head’s start over my sister, and it way defeated the purpose of booking together to have the experience, and finish at the approximate same time. Anyway, everyone was quite friendly and nice, but it seenmed a bit disorganised in there. There was also people waiting to be served while the girl out front was on a call, and none of the available hair stylists would step in to help. Teamwork makes things run smoother and it looks snobby when there’s an internal hierarchy system happening. Put the customers first instead of everyone having separate rolls. Be a team.
The salon is just gorgeous inside and when I say the staff is amazing I mean they are the sweetest most accommodating girls I have met in Vegas. I'm disabled and they were so great I wish they were located in Washington State so I could go get my hair done there all the time! You will not regret coming here to have your hair done! They have such an easy menu to choose from and my blow out turned out perfect!
Would give 0 stars if I could. This salon will not make you feel good! The worst experience and customer service I have ever received. We were 5 minutes late as we got lost visiting from Australia. The receptionist said they can only do a dry style as we were late... they then finished our 'dry style' 15 minutes prior to our confirmed appointment end time!!! Could have used that 15 minutes to wash our hair? My hair was dirty as I had just arrived off a 15 hour flight. I cried during my appointment and the stylist apologised and said if it was up to her she would wash it for me. The manager kept refusing even though the stylist said she could do it. Disgusting customer service from that manager. She then ran out of the store when we went to pay to avoid speaking with us. They also wouldn't honour our first time discount. This experience is meant to make you feel good, I left crying and had to wash my hair when I got back to the hotel. A complete waste of money. Had the manager allowed the stylist to wash my hair, I would have left a generous tip and a glowing review. Unfortunately the manager caused a poor situation for everyone involved. I will never return here, best to take your money to the blow dry salon in Mandalay Bay hotel. I understand we were 5 minutes late, however, finishing our appointment 15 minutes early anyway is just rude!
It was such a pleasure meeting Kimmy at the Drybar - fashion show mall . I had a general idea of what I wanted for my wedding hair.. I simply showed her some Pinterest inspiration and she killed it. I got so many compliments!! My hair lasted from 1pm to 1am… and honestly held it’s shape/curls the following day!! It felt like an absolutely crime going to sleep with the cutest Hollywood waves. She is extremely gentle when brushing / washing your hair .. so if you have a sensitive scalp.. she is your girl! She is super sweet and personable. The time I spent with her flew by. I highly reccomend her! She takes the time to listen to what you want and talks you through the process. 10/10!Services: Hairstyling
I needed hair services in the area and found this gem on the strip! I made an appointment and they quickly took me in. After receiving my blow out my hair felt less staticky and supper soft. I would highly recommend any service from Drybar and their skilled stylists.
I loved my experience at The DryBar. My gorgeous hair stylist was amazing. Perfect business idea! We need this in Australia.
Loved, loved, loved!! This was my first visit to a Drybar and it was an amazing experience!! The manager, Roxanne, took care of me and made look like a million dollars before seeing Celine Dion in concert. I highly recommend their services!!
This was my first time at Drybar and the experience definitely did not disappoint. I loved the DJ, music, and everyone was so nice. My stylist, Brianna, was very kind and did a wonderful job with my blowout and braids! It may have been my first time at Drybar, but it won’t be my last!Services: Hairstyling
If you’re 1-3 minutes past the 15 minute they won’t even accommodate anything. They only offer a a dry style which is 35 but since you were a few minutes outside of the window it’s a $25 cancellation fee. Not worth it
