DO NOT BUY FROM THEM BECAUSE YOU WILL GET SHOCKED WHEN YOUE APPLIANCE IS DELIVERED!!!!!! I was told there would be a delivery fee, but I was NOT told there would be a fee for taking away my broken appliance! The delivery fee was so extremely high, and then they charged me almost as much to haul away the old broken appliance. The delivery fee was $100 and to take away the broken appliance it was $80, which was extremely expensive! For that amount of money, I could have gotten a much better appliance and not be charged for the high delivery fee! The deliveryman was extremely RUDE to boot! I could not believe it! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL BE SORRY! After you pay the delivery fee, you don't have any type of discount at all! I am so sorry I ever did business with this company! I would not recommend them to anyone! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! GO ELSEWHERE! I paid $180 for delivery and hauling away my broken dryer. When the RUDE delivery men left, I found they had strewn some laundry soap on my garage floor and thrown away some other things. The laundry soap was NOWHERE NEAR THE DRYER!!!!!! Why did they have to be so MEAN as to throw laundry soap on my garage floor? FOR THE AMOUNT OF DELIVERY AND DISPOSAL OF MY OLD DRYER, I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A MUCH BETTER DRYER AT HOME DEPOT WITH FREE DELIVERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT EVER SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE PEOPLE ARE LOW CLASS!!!!!!!!!!! The delivery people threw my laundry soap all over my garage floor, and the soap wasn't even NEAR the dryer! They had to go out of their way to open the box and throw the soap around on the floor! The delivery charges are HORRIBLY EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!!!!! I AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER shop here again! The woman that own the business and she was nice. When came down to the delivery man he was nasty with me and my aunt and was out to try and get more money for delivery. U have to already pay him 100 dollars just to deliver anything.

Drye Supply has been in Jefferson for decades. The current location and setup has convenient access and a loading dock you can back a pick-up to. The prices are right for good quality with a range of products and appliances from basic to high-end. I have never regretted a purchase from Drye and never heard a complaint from someone I recommend them to.

We bought a new fridge in 2020, and it is named Hans. Hans is amazing. The customer service was pretty good, the price was nice for a new with only 2 cosmetic dents hidden by my shelving unit fridge. We are coming back soon to purchase a freezer, and I'm sure I'll find something satisfactory.

We purchased a French door refrigerator/freezer and we absolutely love it. The ladies who assisted us were very helpful and extremely helpful. We have recommended Dryer to others and will definitely go back there the next time we need an appliance.

I have bought appliances from here before and got good prices. In the last two months I called ahead to see if they had certain products available that I needed. After telling them what I was looking for I was told they had something in my price range. I drove over there for both trips only to find out that he did not understand what I said on the phone and does not have what I’m looking for. The first time I was just like OK sometimes people just don’t hear everything. Second second time I went in and said I just called about this appliance and he says oh we don’t have that. I said I just called he said but you didn’t say he wanted that specific item. I said yes I did. And he was very rude about it. Had he been nice about it I would’ve just chalked it up to another mistake but there’s no need to be rude.

Ok, after reading the reviews kinda makes me a little weary about making a purchase. I have never shopped here before so I'm gonna go in with a clear mind to make my purchases. I hope they do like bundle deals. I need a Refrigerator, washer and electric dryer, plus one more electric dryer. I hope they can help me I'm buying for my new residence and buying my brother his dryer because he can't afford one so I'm hoping they make this a pleasant experience. Will be back to let you know how things turned out

I drove from the Northshore to purchase an a/c unit. I’ve made several purchases before. I Returned because I know that I can get some really good quality merchandise for really good price. I walk to the door barely got an acknowledgment I walk along with my shopping not once did I hear if you need help anything in particular that you’re looking for I didn’t get any of this this time which was surprising to me. I found an AC unit that I really wanted but I wasn’t worth no one getting up to see what I wanted so I decided to go to Lowe’s and make the purchase from there.i Feel really bad because I sent two of my friends over there to look for a refrigerator and a dishwasher I’ll tell them to maybe just look somewhere else.

Pretty ok discounted items. Had plenty to choose between. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Tell it like it is and truly want you to get a good deal. My wife was pleased with brand new matching pair washer dryer. I was pleased by saving four and a half big ones in the process.
