Tech showed up promptly and was super knowledgeable. Provided pictures of his findings. Told us what needed to be done giving us a couple options and how much each one would cost. We felt good about our decision and gave Austin the go ahead. Cleaning & testing several times relieved us of our troubles. We will certainly call DryerVent Wizards again. Great Job!

We had a service visit to clear out the vents as the sensory flow light came on our dryer. The communication between the company and me during the day was top notch. When Jacob, our technician, arrived he was super friendly and knowledgeable. He blew out the back vent and then went in the attic to make sure all the vents were free and clear. The dryer is running at the satisfactory level and we are happy. Jacob going into the attic is far and beyond more than expected to make sure all was clear. He also said that he’d put our information into their computer for a 2-year reminder. Highly recommend this service.

We had tried to unclog the vent from the interior to the exterior of our house with no luck. Jacob from Vent Wizards was very nice and got the vent cleared and hooked my dryer up in less than hour. I'll have to have my cents cleaned more often.

They were able to determine that our dryer was only operating at about 10% capacity, blower was mostly shot. Since we’re getting a new washer/dryer, so glad we had this done first! Would highly recommend them to clean your dryer vents and evaluate your appliances, too.

I was extremely pleased with the ease of getting an appointment. They showed up right on time; they respectfully covered their shoes to protect my flooring. Keone was the gentleman that came to assist me with my dryer. Not only was he professional and kind, he happened to be here while a totally unrelated condo issue happened. While he kept doing his job, ultimately finding the issue of my dryer vent, the dude kept me in positive spirits while I was dealing with water leaking from my kitchen light/fan! Keone is a legend.
